This one just popped onto our radar courtesy of Instagram. We haven’t visited yet, but we are OBSESSED with the name. Welcome to Bar Chinchilla.

It’s described as a craft beer bar. Sample local brews, and wines on a historic Burg block, y’all. It’s located next to the Princess Martha and across the street from the Burg’s open air post office at 439 1st Avenue North.

It’s a quaint, intimate bar, designed to stimulate meaningful conversations. Once again, we’re just smitten with the name and logo.

What else is new in the Burg? A wild candy shop is set to open on the 600 Block of Central Avenue this fall.
