Keep Acua Bistro on your radar. This new globally-inspired restaurant concept will open inside the old Baum Avenue Market location in the EDGE District of St. Petersburg, and will share the space with Karma Juice Bar.
Acua Bistro will officially open on Thursday, August 5.

Acua’s first teased menu item is a trio of colorful arepas. Their colorful casings are due to a mix of fresh vegetable juice. Each are stuff with chicken, beef, and/or fresh veggies.
Other teased items include ceviche with a creamy passionfruit sauce, a fresh chili with smoked beef, vegan lentil curry, and arroz con leche (rice pudding).
Pesto pasta, a hearty salmon bowl, chicken empanadas, and more shareables also feature on the menu. Flan, super banana bread, and cassava cake round out the dessert menu.
Follow Acua Bistro on Instagram for continuous updates. It’s not the only anticipated arrival in the EDGE.
The Baum Avenue Market venue is spacious, and immaculately designed for the age of social media. Karma itself offers a plethora of baked goods in addition to health-focused juices, smoothies and açaí bowls. Acua Bistro will add a much craved savory component to the already buzzing district.
Visit the space situated next to Intermezzo at 1113 Central Avenue.
The Cake Drip is set to open in the former Plain Jane space across the street from Baum Avenue Market later this year.
