The Brass Bowl is the latest spot serving up sweet acai bowls and organic bites in the Burg — and it’s set to debut on the 600 Block of Central Avenue soon!

Nestled between Fubar and Johnny Vapors, the owners behind the Brass Bowl want inspire the community to indulge in organic, healthy lifestyle.

The restaurant boasts plenty of gluten-free options and describes itself as a “world fusion scratch kitchen and coldpress.” There will be seasonal menus making use of what ingredients are fresh.

The restaurant wants to instill the importance of taking care of the environment and to be in harmony with nature. How? They believe this starts with being organic, having exact traceability, and sourcing as local as possible.
