One of the region’s biggest and longest-running seafood festivals is back this weekend. The 42nd Annual John’s Pass Seafood Festival is taking over Madeira Beach for three straight days of food, drink, and fun, January 19-21.
Activities take place all day Friday-Sunday, as hundreds of local vendors will be dishing up incredible seafood dishes, as well as an arts and crafts market, live music all day every day, and a variety of a family-friendly events and activities.

Activities officially kickoff at noon on Friday, January 19, at the John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk. Several of the restaurants and bars in the village will get the day started with live music lasting all afternoon and through the night. The full schedule with times and locations can be found here.
More than two dozen food vendors will fill the streets with food trucks, flaming grills, crab pots, and plenty more, alongside the many great restaurants already in the area. Most activities will take place outdoors as the historic neighborhood will have multiple stages, tents and market areas spread throughout the area, with the main stage behind Bubba Gump’s in front of the VFW.
Festivities begin at 10 am Saturday and Sunday, with headliners taking the main stage at the end of each day this weekend. The Spazmatics begin their set at 7 pm Friday, Pearl Jam tribute Band Love & Trust take the stage at the same time Saturday, and Horseswild close it out on Sunday at 4 pm (though music will continue on the stage at Bamboo Beach Bar and Grill).
