This Saturday, 3 Daughters Brewing is kicking off the year with one of the biggest cornhole tournaments St. Pete has seen. On Saturday, January 21, the Jenkins Law Bags & Brews Charity Cornhole Tournament is expected to draw more than 100 teams in an all day celebration and competition that includes massive cash prizes, local vendors, great food, live music, and local beer.
The tournament will run from 11 am – 6 pm, and also doubles as a fundraiser for Suncoast Voices for Children, including a sprawling vendor market and gathering of food trucks, plus live music all afternoon on stage in the brewery. And of course, there will be plenty of beer.

There will be a warm-up period for participants before the competition begins, and teams are welcome to bring their own bags if they prefer. Find more info and sign up for the tournament here. There are also a limited number of sponsorship opportunities available for interested businesses. More information can be found on the event website.
Since 2004, Suncoast Voices for Children has worked within the Pinellas Sheriff’s Office’s Child Protection Division to meet the unmet needs of abused and neglected children. In 2019 alone, Suncoast Voices served over 3,000 children who were either in foster care or at risk of entering foster care. They provided 1,000 children with bedding so they could stay in a safe home, and provided another 2,000 with items like eyeglasses, birthday cakes, dance lessons, karate lessons, private tutoring, graduation fees, and more.
