Gateway Subs is set to take over one of the spaces formerly occupied by Georgie’s Alibi in the Historic Kenwood neighborhood. If you love coffee, cold brew, and giant sandwiches, you are in for a treat in the Sunshine City. Gateway Subs will officially open at 3112 3rd Avenue N on November 8.
The doors officially open at 11am on November 8, and the first 100 customers will get a free sub sandwich.

“We are epicureans who value good business and treat people as people. Artisan sandwiches, salads, vegan shakes, and coffee will be served out of our St. Petersburg shop.”

Want a taste of the menu? Each sandwich is served on a 6- or 12-inch hoagie roll, and lettuce wraps are available upon request:
Spice Melange: Hot Capocollo, Buffalo Chicken Breast, Provolone, Onion, Hot Peppers Jalapeno Chips
The Brycer: Buffalo Chicken, Buffalo Chicken Salad, Provolone, Hot Peppers, Sweet Peppers, crumbledJalapeno Chips
The Big Beach: Roast Beef, Ham, Turkey, Ran Through the Garden. *Recommended: Put some chips onthat Beach!
Salad Sammy: Avocado Spread, Artichoke, Spinach, Tomato, Onion, Cucumber, and Crumbled Feta Cheese
Vegan milkshakes are on the menu
A vegan espresso milkshake also features on the menu, in addition to a couple breakfast breads (both savory and sweet).
