How St. Pete barber shops and hair/nail salons are planning to reopen

The Governor of Florida recently announced that hair and nail salons could reopen to customers with some restrictions. Guidelines include requiring employees to wear face masks, keeping a 15 minute space between appointments to ensure the space is properly cleaned/sanitized, and encouraging shop owners to remove frequently touched items from waiting areas (magazines, remotes, charging cords, etc.).

St. Pete Mayor Rick Kriseman and the St. Pete Police Department each released statements indicating they would apply no further restrictions on barber shops/nail salons. So now that shops can open, are they letting customers in?
