Bar Tropica pops up in the EDGE District
Baum Avenue Market is a food lover’s paradise. Now, it’s a drink enthusiast’s paradise too. Bar Tropica, a juice and rum-focused bar has just opened in the food hall located at 1133 Baum Avenue North.
The owners will focus on simple, seasonal juices that can be paired with craft spirits, according to their Instagram.
One of their latest creations is the Pina Paradise, a mix of pineapple, banana, mint, lime, and coconut. The owners recommend pairing it with a white rum if you’re looking to add an extra kick.
Want a healthy juice boost? Bar Tropica also offers fresh squeezed beet and celery juice.
