The Florida Botanical Gardens at 12520 Ulmerton Rd invites visitors to its 24th annual holiday lights extravaganza, a cherished tradition in Pinellas County that continues to captivate families and holiday enthusiasts alike. Ranked ninth in the nation by USA TODAY in 2023, this event promises even more enchantment with over one million LED lights illuminating the gardens in a spectrum of colors.

Starting the day after Thanksgiving on Friday, November 29, and running nightly through Saturday, January 4, 2025, the lights shine from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. In addition to the breathtaking light displays, guests can enjoy vibrant laser lights, illuminated figures, and nightly performances by local musicians. Seasonal concessions are available for purchase, offering holiday treats and warm drinks to enhance the festive atmosphere.

The event also marks the grand opening of the Majeed Discovery Garden, a new addition that enhances the experience with fresh displays designed to delight visitors of all ages.
