As a St. Pete parent and founder of Sunshine City with Kids, I’ve witnessed firsthand the crucial role that St. Pete families have played in this recovery. We have come together with support and love to foster connections and provide a sense of normalcy during these challenging times.

Supporting local businesses is more important now than ever, as they work to restore the vibrant atmosphere of our beloved city. Zubrick Magic Theatre

Owners and illusionists of Zubrick Magic Theatre in downtown St. Pete return to the stage on Friday, October 25 to bring back a little magic and joy to the community. Despite suffering from major personal loss in the recent Hurricanes, Ryan and Chris Zubrick will continue to shine bright and demonstrate what it means to be St. Pete Strong. Their intimate venue showcases mind-boggling illusions and interactive performances that delight audiences of all ages. Crossbay Ferry

If you and your kids need a daycation, why not hop aboard the Crossbay Ferry and take a ride across the Bay?! Services are back up and running now! FloridaRAMA

If you haven’t taken your kids into explore the one-of-a-kind FloridaRAMA, here’s your chance! This incredible immersive art experience will be reopening Friday October 18! Clearwater Marine Aquarium: Aqua Lanterns

After suffering significant damage and flooding in the recent Hurricanes, Clearwater Marine Aquarium remains in recovery mode. Fortunately, with the incredible support of our community and fans all over the world, CMA has announced that they will reopen for their special event- Aqua Lanterns: a Chinese Festival of Lights  – on Friday October 18. This luminous new after-hours experience, featuring dazzling lantern displays, will run Wednesday through Sunday evenings. Buy your tickets HERE

Green spaces at Sunken Gardens

Sunken Gardens

Wind damage from Hurricane Milton left Sunken Gardens with a mess of plant debris. Through the clean-up efforts of their amazing volunteers and staff, the garden’s majestic scenery is well on it’s way to full restoration. Sunken Gardens has announced that they will officially reopen to the public on Saturday, October 19. If you need a serene place to immerse yourself in nature, take the family to stroll the paths and see the joyful pink flamingos at St. Pete’s beloved Sunken Gardens. Tickets are available on-site.
