We crave pizza all day, every day. This is just a quick collection of our go-to spots when we are in desperate need of a slice in St. Petersburg. Let us know your favorite pizza spot in the comments!
Pizza Box
The small spot in the EDGE District made a major splash upon arrival. Their wood-fired pizzas are simply glorious. Back in December, their Debbie’s Veggies Pizza floored us. The pie was made with apple cider glazed Brussel sprout slaw, caramelized onions, asiago and mozzarella cheese. A consistent customer favorite is the Saint Michael’s Supreme — San Marzano tomato sauce, Boar’s Head shredded mozzarella, fire roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, mushrooms, Boar’s Head pepperoni.

Cappy’s
If you’re in the mood for deep dish pizza, then Cappy’s is the spot to visit. The Grand Central District staple serves Chicago- and New York-style pies, along with a list of salads and calzones. Grab a seat on their lovely brick patio and enjoy a slice under the St. Pete stars.

Paisano’s Pizza and Pasta
This family restaurant has brought good vibes and fresh bites to 4th Street since 1974. Their mozzarella sticks and zucchini fries are legendary and their pizzas are comfort food incarnate. They now even offer gluten-free pizza. If you’re enjoying a sit-down dinner, make sure to take advantage of their excellent salad bar.

Noble Crust
Noble Crust brought the culinary renaissance of downtown to 4th Street. Their brunch is a must-try, their cocktail menu — including the Kahwa-tini — is a revelation and their pizzas are perfection. The Margherita topped fresh prosciutto is the perfect treat on a cool afternoon.

Old Northeast Pizza
We’d be remiss if we didn’t include Old Northeast Pizza. When you’re famished a few slices from this gem will satiate you and then some. Their fresh from the oven pies answer the call of late night cravings and midday munchies. When you visit, we recommend you keep it simple with a slice of their pepperoni pie — it’s flawless.
