Another day, another development. JMC Communities revealed plans for a 12-story, 20-unit luxury condominium at 136 4th Avenue Northeast. Yes, that’s where the historic Bay Gables Home is currently located. The developers plan to relocate it to a generous lot at 8th Avenue North and Dartmoor Street.
The units here are going to be SPACIOUS. Floor plans range from 1,700-square-feet to 2,700-square-feet, in addition to two custom penthouse homes. Can we move in, please??

The Perry comes with all the luxury fixings you could ask for. There will be a rooftop terrace, a fitness center, bike storage, and a ton of garage space. We imagine the collection in the garage will rival Jay Leno’s legendary car fleet.
Each unit will have high ceilings and tons of light, fixtures common in the designs of C. Perry Snell, for which the concept is named after. You may know his aesthetic from the unmissable Snell Arcade Building.
A full construction timeline, and prices are still TBA. The location puts residents near the beating heart of St. Pete. You’re within walking distance of Vinoy Park, The Dali Museum, and Albert Whitted Park.
