The Historic Old Northeast is already one of the dreamiest neighborhoods in the Sunshine City. The paved brick streets, biking mail carriers, hex block sidewalks, hidden murals in the alleyways, and quick access to North Shore Park are just a few of the hallmarks of this waterfront neighborhood. One home in particular just earned national praise.

A listing represented by Sharon Kantner and Brian Waechter of Smith & Associates Real Estate has been selected as a winner in the HGTV Ultimate House Hunt 2020, an annual online promotion held on HGTV.com that features extraordinary real estate listings.
