St. Pete’s flagship yoga company is hosting one of its biggest annual events this weekend. 108 Summer Salutations takes place at Cage Brewing on Sunday, June 11 at 10 am, hosted by The Body Electric Yoga Company. Tickets are available here while supplies last.

What is it: The hour and a half class, led by Jess Mihm, goes through a wide variety of sun salutations (with breaks in between), taking place in the beer garden at Cage Brewing. Afterwards, stick around to enjoy beer or kombucha with fellow yogis.

What you need to know: Cost is $25 for (or $20 for BE members). Arrival time is 9:30, and the class will run from 10-11:30 am. Spots are limited, so advance registration is highly recommended. In addition to yoga mats, participants are encouraged to bring water, sunscreen, hats, and anything else that will help, as it will be warm outside.
