One of St. Pete’s fastest-growing neighborhoods is getting more housing to match it. David Weekley Homes has unveiled plans for Towns at Union, a 65-home community just outside the Grand Central District, located at 440 31st Lane.

The three-story townhomes will come in three different layouts, and David Weekley Homes says the color and design of the structures have been chosen to complement the Grand Central District. Priced from the $700s, the homes will range from 1,850 to 1,940+ square feet of living space.

Plans call for “luxurious, low-maintenance” living, featuring “thoughtfully designed open-concept floor plans.” The community is located just south of the intersection of 5th Avenue and 31st Street North, giving it a prime location close to Grand Central and its many restaurants, shops, breweries, and events.

Sales for Towns at Union are expected to open on February 14 to the David Weekley Homes VIP list, and will be open to the general public beginning February 22. The company says a model home will be available for tours this April. Construction is set to begin soon.

With a Tampa Bay office leading all things local, David Weekley Homes has sold more than 115,000 homes through its nine offices across the country. Towns at Union will be its latest St. Pete development, and one they expect will be a hot ticket.

“Here, you’ll soon be able to enjoy living near everything you know and love and enjoy top-quality craftsmanship from a trusted Tampa home builder,” they say.
