The Factory St. Pete is kind of a big deal, and if you’re not following its progress on Facebook and Instagram, you should change that ASAP. The massive creative destination in the Warehouse Arts District of St. Petersburg is already set to house Fairgrounds, an artist created immersive experience. Residents got a taste of what they can expect from the 12,000-square-foot experimental art exhibit with a live mermaid show at the SHINE finale.
Add this to your must try list in 2020: Barley Common Brewing Lab and Tasting Room. A rendering form Behar Peteranecz Architects showcases what the artsy brew spot will look like once open.

Additional renderings displayed at the SHINE Finale noted that Black Crow Coffee and Daddy Kool Records, and Henthorne Photography Studio will also be a part of the massive concept. Plans for creative work spaces, a market/rehearsal area, and a live music venue are also in the works.
