St. Pete’s biggest Greek festival returns this weekend

Every year, the St. Stefanos Greek Festival is one of the city’s biggest and best cultural celebrations. This fall, the beloved festival makes its return with three full days of food and fun on October 6-8.

Organized by St. Stefanos Orthodox Greek Church, the family-friendly festival is an authentic celebration of Greek food, culture, dance and traditions held every year indoors and outdoors at the church. Guests will be able to enjoy a wide array of traditional Greek meals, street food, pastries and sweets. There will also be Greek dancing and language lessons, a sprawling vendor market, a kids zone, and a $20,000 raffle.

What to know:

  • Where: St. Stefanos Greek Orthodox Church, 3600 76th Street North St. Pete
  • When: Friday, October 6 and Saturday, October 7 from 11 am – 10 pm, and Sunday, October 8, 11 am – 6 pm
  • Cost: Limited free admission tickets available online now, then $3 per day. Ages 12 and under, active military and law enforcement, armed forces veterans, and 75 and over all get in free.
