The St. Petersburg Free Clinic (SPFC) is stepping up to help those affected by Hurricane Helene. On Monday, Sept. 30, all SPFC locations will be open, providing essential services to the community.

Residents can pick up free groceries at two locations:

  • We Help FRESH Pantry, 863 3rd Ave North, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Deuces Drive-Thru, 2198 15th Ave South, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

In addition to local support, federal disaster assistance from FEMA is now available to Pinellas County residents who experienced damages or losses due to the hurricane. This aid may include financial help for temporary housing, basic home repairs, and other storm-related expenses. Eligible residents can apply online at DisasterAssistance.gov, through the FEMA app, or by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362).

Volunteer opportunities are available. Learn more on SPFC’s website. Residents can support the Free Clinic’s efforts by donating.
