The City of St. Petersburg is excited to launch “St. Pete Votes!,” a civic engagement campaign designed to encourage St. Petersburg residents to let their voices be heard by registering to vote.
In 2022, St. Pete voted to transition holding municipal elections to align with national election years. That means this year, in addition to elections for President, Congress, the State Legislature, and County Commission, St. Pete residents also have the opportunity to vote for their members of the St. Pete City Council.
This initiative seeks to empower the community by promoting active participation in the democratic process and ensuring that every eligible citizen has the opportunity to exercise their right to vote.
