Something delicious is opening soon on St. Pete, prepare to indulge at sōl bistro. The owners announced they will open their doors on January 12. They will be serving a seasonal menu with limited reservations available. You can make yours online.
“We are a health-focused bistro offering an evolving menu that will be composed of scratch-made, delicious, healing, and easy-to-digest selections using organic pasture-raised and wild-caught protein, fresh herbs, locally sourced produce, progressive wines, and craft beers,” writes the bistro team in an Instagram post.

“All of our dishes will be gluten-free, lactose intolerant friendly, peanut-free, soy-free, and refined sugar-free. we believe in using whole-food ingredients – no preservatives, no junk, only deliciousness.”
sōl’s menu will be composed of scratch-made, healing, and easy-to-digest selections using organic pasture-raised and wild-caught protein, fresh herbs, locally sourced produce, progressive wines, and craft beers, according to the restaurant’s website.
Opening in early winter in St. Pete
The concept will be located at 222 22nd St S in the former WEPA restaurant space.
Once open, health-focused diners can enjoy resplendent meals at the restaurant’s indoor and outdoor garden spaces.
