“Soooo we are opening a dumpling house on 16th and Central in December!! Think I’m gonna call it “SHISO…a dumpling house”. It will be steamed, made to order gyoza, shumai, and mandu. I will be practicing all the new menu items @flyingboatbrewing over the next few months.”
Leave it to Shiso Crispy to leave you drooling over some some good news. The team used a photo of vegan spring pea and roasted leek dumplings with house dauban sauce for the news update.
The woman-owned and operated food truck was the area’s first spot for soup dumplings. Them menu is vegan-friendly, and if you find yourself needing to experience the food for yourself, then just pop over to Flying Boat Brewing.
This is a great early Christmas gift. Keep up with all the Shiso Crispy news by following the food truck on Instagram.
