New Sauvignon menu features stunners like duck leg curry bucatini and grilled swordfish

The balcony of a restaurant

Sauvignon Wine Locker & American Trattoria has been one of our favorite culinary destinations since it opened, so any time they roll out a new menu, it gets our attention. This time, they’ve gone all out with a huge revamp of their dinner menu just in time for the new year.

The new menu officially launched in late December, and we got a taste of the new dinner dishes ourselves – 10/10, highly recommend. There are more new items than you can try by yourself in one visit, but we certainly recommend trying. Sauvignon’s kitchen has created some stunners, and as always, there’s something for everyone, from steak or housemade pasta to excellent vegan dishes and decadent desserts.

You can see the full menu at the restaurant, and here we’ll highlight a few of the new offerings we got to enjoy on a recent team dinner. While Sauvignon is beloved for being one of the best wine bars in the region, their kitchen is a star in its own right, and if you haven’t had a full dining experience there before, consider this your sign to try it out.

Sauvignon Wine Locker & American Trattoria is located on the second floor at 241 Central Avenue, overlooking the Jannus Block. We definitely recommend snagging a table on the comfortable balcony along Central Avenue – thanks to the heaters in winter (and fans in summer), balcony dining is always in-season at Sauvignon.
