Potbelly, the beloved neighborhood sandwich shop known for its warm, welcoming vibe and crave-worthy sandwiches, is expanding its presence in the Tampa-St. Petersburg area with three new locations.
The first of the new shops opened its doors on August 19 at 5004 4th St N in St. Pete, nestled in an endcap space at a bustling neighborhood shopping center.

Potbelly is unveiling its second location in Largo at 13100 Seminole Blvd, situated amid a mix of restaurants and big-box retailers. The third Potbelly will follow in mid-October at 18027 Highwoods Preserve Parkway in New Tampa, occupying a prime spot in a high-traffic mixed-use center.

“We’re expanding the brand into three fantastic areas where we know Potbelly will continue to thrive,” said Ronnie Asmar, who, along with his brother Randy, leads Potbelly operations for STA Management. “We integrate our restaurants into the local community, creating a warm, welcoming shop where local residents, the workforce, and visitors to the area can enjoy great food and friendly service. We’re looking forward to becoming a favorite hangout for the community.”
These three new locations mark the third, fourth, and fifth Potbelly shops for STA Management, which already operates two other Potbelly restaurants in the Tampa-St. Petersburg area—one on Falkenburg Road and another near Raymond James Stadium and George Steinbrenner Field.
