Best I can do is irreverent excitement. The smash hit reality show “Pawn Stars,” a History Channel staple that documents the operations of a Las Vegas pawn shop, is bringing the show to St. Pete this month. The show’s spinoff, “Pawn Stars Do America,” is currently touring the country in search of valuable collectibles and historical finds. We are filled to the brim with gems with our huge array of antique shops and vintage markets.

Filming for the show will take place in an undisclosed location in downtown St. Pete for six days, on April 5-7 and April 11-13. Free tickets to attend the live taping are available online. Fans of the show will have the opportunity to observe the “Pawn Stars” team at work and witness the show being filmed during their stay in the city. According to the History Channel website, Rick Harrison, Austin “Chumlee” Russell, and Corey Harrison will explore fourteen different cities across the country to seek out unique and intriguing items.
