Modern Brine, the raw oyster bar currently located inside Intermezzo, is expanding over the summer!⠀
The current plan is to move into the upstairs space in Baum Avenue Market next door to Intermezzo. This expansion is going to turn Modern Brine into a specialty raw bar and lounge. Think intimate, upscale, and approachable.

For food, Modern Brine will feature the Omakase Oyster-Focused Raw Bar as well as a full table service menu. To reflect the name Modern Brine, they will be incorporating fermentation into the menu, such as house-made misos, garums and lacto-fermented fruits and vegetables.
The table service menu will have crudo dishes, ceviche, and even a couple of cooked meat dishes. And, who could forget dessert?
The goal is to have the expansion ready and open in the Fall. Until then, check out a casual version of the table service at their current location inside Intermezzo. The temporary menu is a little more experimental and rotates frequently. Right now, you can try the octopus, salmon ceviche, sea urchin, Asian street tacos, and lemon vanilla custard.
