Noble Crust owners Jeff Strouse, Tj Theilbar, Tim Curci, and Chris Sweeney, in collaboration with Anthony Menna of Menna Development & Management, are excited to unveil Noble Tavern. Located on Central Avenue beneath the Tru Hilton Hotel in the Grand Central District, the new eatery is close to Tropicana Field and promises to be a vibrant addition to the local dining scene.

Noble Tavern is the latest concept from the team behind Noble Crust and Fat Beet Farm. Tj Theilbar, co-owner, emphasizes that the goal is to create an everyday destination with a value-driven menu that fuses creativity and approachability.
