Cheers! A new tiki bar with tropical vibes is taking over the former Getaway space in St. Petersburg. The restaurant and bar called Tiki Docks has long teased hearty sandwiches, a raw bar, and a deluge of vibrant cocktails served in the always photogenic tiki glasses.
Featured items include a hyper refreshing watermelon margarita, the TV Mai Mai made with Trader Vic’s Gold Rum, Appleton Estate Signature Blend, Amaretto, lime, amaro, pineapple juice and simple syrup, and the perfect Dockwich, buttermilk crispy chicken with ghost pepper Jack cheese, and shredded lettuce, topped with onion straws and jalapeño-cilantro aioli.

Another location is happening in Riverview, too. That Tiki Docks is adorned with same distinctive Tiki icons at the entrance, in addition to a large waterfall. The bar and grill is designed to be an immersive escape. In a time when we are all traveling less, this feels like an opportune mini staycation to take.
The restaurant and bar features abundant outdoor seating, and several wraparound bars. Follow Tiki Docks on Facebook and its website for updates.
