Marley Documentary Screens for One Night Only in the ‘Burg

Can you believe it? MARLEY, the definitive, critically-acclaimed documentary about reggae legend Bob Marley, has never been screened in the region… not until now!
 
For one night only, MARLEY can be seen at Muvico at The Shops at St. Pete, Wednesday, September 12! There will be an opening party which begins at 5:30pm and the movie starts at 7:30pm.

What party? Before the screening, Keep St. Petersburg Local, along with iLovetheBurg, is throwing a party to be held across the street from Muvico at Acupuncture and Herbal Therapies on 222 2nd Street N. We’ll be celebrating the opening of their new location while getting you in the groove for the film. Here’s what you can expect: Jamaican food and drink; Bananas Music and Daddy Kool Records selling Bob Marley/reggae items on-site; A DJ spinning roots, rock, reggae; Rasta live painting and displaying work from his One Love Gallery, 1 of 1 Customs; and  featuring RhinoOnAir.com show host Tony Michaelides, sharing some Marley stories from his days at Island Records.
