Kava and creativity collide on 16th Street North
InVision Creative Cafe, located at 275 16th Street North, offers a fun mix of co-working space and modern café vibes. They first opened in October of 2016.
Customers can enjoy locally sourced espresso, herbal and ethnobotanical teas, kava, and kombucha. IZZE soda and all-natural nootropic beverages are also available for purchase. Fresh pastries, cheesecake and bagels await famished visitors.
Reserve workstation and rent professional equipment
You can rent professional equipment to assist you with your latest project. Film and photography gear, studio equipment like microphones and instruments, and tools for graphic designers are available for those interested.
There’s no membership required to use the facilities. Non-members enjoy access to a shared desk space, free art supplies, Wi-Fi access and access to the gaming center.
Day pass, VIP and elite access available to interested residents
You can pay for a membership, which grants you access to all of InVision’s amenities, a professional workstation, computer (iMac 27″) and more.
The day pass costs just $10, the VIP pass runs $40 per month and the Invisionary runs $50 per month. You can learn what is offered at each tier on InVision’s website.
There’s a community library, an art wall visitors can add to, and free art supplies (pens, markers, stencils, clipboards, paints).
Live music, local vendors, movie nights and more at InVision
Every Wednesday, beginning at 7pm, InVision hosts karaoke night. On Fridays, the creative café hosts Flow Jam Fridays. This event is populated by local vendors, hoola hoopers, illuminant poi sets, fire dancers and free shells of kava.
InVision offers 2-for-1 brews daily from 9am-11pm. They also offer movie screenings on a rotating basis. Past viewings have included a fantasy marathon (Chronicles of Narnia, Where The Wild Things Are, Pan’s Labyrinth) and a Sci-Fi series (Blade Runner, I Am Legend, Idiocracy).

The professional workstations are complete with dual monitors, noise canceling headphones, ergonomic task chairs, digital drawing tablets and a suite of software and tools that might otherwise be unobtainable.
