Chef-inspired salads will take center stage on the menu, according to a report by Creative Loafing. It’ll be a spot for a quick and healthy bite downtown. During the worst of Florida’s oppressive heat, a crunchy salad lightly covered in house-made dressing sounds divine.

The restaurant will feature fresh produce and high quality proteins. We expect no less from this group of Tampa Bay creative powerhouses.

The restaurant should be open in September 2019 in the space formerly occupied by Kalamazoo at 449 Central Avenue.
