Honeymoon Island State Park is gearing up for its highly anticipated annual Island Fest, an event that celebrates the island’s natural beauty and unique charm. Festivities take place Saturday, October 12 from 10am-5pm, and Sunday, October 13 from 10am-3pm.

With a mix of activities, exhibits, and outdoor adventures, Island Fest invites visitors to immerse themselves in the park’s rich environment. From interactive displays showcasing Honeymoon Island’s special features to hands-on experiences encouraging exploration, this festival has something for everyone. Best of all, the event is free with park admission, making it an accessible way to enjoy one of Florida’s hidden gems.

Bluegrass Festival returns to Honeymoon Island

The Bluegrass Festival returns to Honeymoon Island on December 7 from 11am-5pm. You can keep up with artist announcements on their Facebook page.

Honeymoon Island is also home to the Rotary Centennial Nature Center. This space helps visitors learn about the park’s history and natural resources. Swimming, fishing, shelling, hiking and bicycling are all popular activities that make Honeymoon Island State Park an ideal getaway.
