Brewburgers in the ‘Burg

Burgers with Guinness in the mix? Why didn’t we think of that?  Dan Soronen and Fallon Flynn, owners of the newly opened Brewburgers, at 4195 34st St S, say the "Guinness Burger" is the natural evolution of the hamburger. According to their FB info page:

"Brewburgers is not your typical burger joint. It is the next step in the burger chain evolution. Ray Kroc may be turning in his grave but hey it’s evolution and who are we to get in the way?"

Dan Soronen’s not just an owner: He’s also a fan. "I’ll put mine up against any burger around," he says.

If you want to take Dan up on his challenge, you may want to start on a Tuesday. Once a week Tuesday, starting 6pm, Brewburgers offers $2 burgers. Pick from their menu of six standards, including veggie and chicken burgers. Additional toppings are extra. Another special Brewburgers offers "whenever we’re open," Dan says, is 20 wings and a pitcher of domestic for $20. The new resto also has about 16 type of domestic and premium import beers on tap, including, of course, Guiness. Domestics are $3, premiums are $4.50 a pint.

Dan and Fallon are so certain their idea has merit, they’ve planned Brewburgers as a chain, and already have their eyes on a 2nd location downtown.

Muvico and BellaBrava Pair Up
Two of our favorite places are joining together to offer ‘Burgers a romantic night on the town at a discount. BellaBrava and Muvico are allowing you to do dinner and a movie and save on VDay. Be sure to make reservations on the ‘Burg’s most popular restaurant day of the year.
