Experience your nervous system resetting from the outside in. Join Jessica Mihm and Annie Okerlin for a one-hour sound journey to welcome you home to yourself.
You will be guided in iRest yoga nidra meditation to reprocess tensions and difficult emotions being held in your body and mind. At the same time, you’ll be bathed in the primal and healing sounds of assorted drums, crystal pyramid, sound bowls, and chimes.
You will practice in stillness. Build your comfortable nest from bolsters and blankets we have in the studio, and feel free to bring your own pillows or anything that will make you feel most at ease.
Bio:
Annie Okerlin is a Certified iRest® teacher and uses this modality in a military setting with active duty and veteran service members on a daily basis. As a Human Performance expert for 02x she presents yoga, resiliency and iRest meditation to tactical athletes and first responders nationwide. Annie leads teacher trainings, workshops and retreats worldwide for everyone!
