Join Katelyn Grady and DJ Rogerthomas for an immersive practice devoid of distraction. Throw on a pair of wireless noise-canceling headphones and be bathed in sound as you lose yourself to the flow. Silent yoga is not silent. The headphones block ambient noise while delivering the teachers’ voice and music directly to your ears, making it feel like the whole class is just for you. Flow in your own private, blissful universe while surrounded by your yoga community.
