Discover the powerful combination of movement and creativity with 60 minutes of sacral chakra-inspired yoga flow followed by 60 minutes of guided intuitive drawing. The sacral chakra is the energy center that fuels our creativity and emotional expression. Located just below the navel, it governs our passions, sensuality, and artistic inspiration. When the sacral chakra is in balance, it harmonizes our desires and empowers our creative flow, allowing us to tap into our inner wellsprings of innovation and artistic brilliance. Drawing supplies are provided, but feel free to bring some of your own for a unique touch.
