Triple hearts — flowers, Rocket, and hot yoga! K$ is bringing you all of her favorites in celebration of the full flower moon. Join us for a powerful 90-minute hot Rocket III. Rocket III is a quick-paced combo of the Rocket I and II series. The transitions are fun, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get upside down (or modify to your heart’s content). This class will strengthen your stem AND you’ll leave with a mini arrangement to keep.
