Join us every first Wednesday of the month for yoga in the great outdoors at St. Pete Pier. Abby Goodwin will lead a class that is grounding and fun, with lots of modifications offered to accommodate everybody. We’ll catch some bay breezes as the sun sets over the big, grassy Family Park. Stick around afterward to explore the Pier!
Donations collected this month will benefit CASA. CASA is the official domestic violence center for Pinellas County and has provided lifesaving services to women, children, and men living with domestic violence for over 40 years. Mission: Challenging the Societal Acceptance of all Forms of Domestic Violence, CASA Stands up to Silence through Advocacy, Prevention, Intervention, and Support Services.
Donations are appreciated but not required! You can contribute when you book the class or via The BE’s Venmo at @TheBodyElectricYoga or on-site with cash.
