Get the tools you need to safely experience the joys of partner acrobatics. You’ll learn how to base, fly, and spot in a supportive environment. If you’re an inversion junkie on the yoga mat, join us to take things up a notch! If you’ve been interested in getting upside down and aren’t quite sure where to start, you’ll build new skills in a safe space. In this workshop, we will practice “L-basing” acro, and you will learn poses like candlestick, shoulderstand, and star, and a variety of fun transitions.
