As reported by Creative Loafing, Chai Mixology has announced they will be soft opening this Saturday, August 10. Their hours for the soft opening will be 11am–6pm. Adding to this news, Chai Mixology will also be serving poké bowls in addition to their selection of bubble teas!

The Edge District has another new business on the horizon — and it’s all about the bubble tea. Chai Mixology is bringing the “art of bubble tea” to 1106 Central Ave.
Next door to Enigma, this little future boba shop is the space that was formerly occupied by Milagros Soap Company. They’ve since relocated to the Central Arcade a couple of doors down.
Drink it up, there’s a new kind of tea in the Burg
Bubble tea or “boba” is a tea-based drink that originated in Taiwan. Typically paired with a milk tea or smoothie-style milk drink, chewy tapioca pearls are added to the drink.
The pearls slurped through an extra-wide straw add a fun texture to just about anything you add them to. It’s the perfect treat yourself on a hot Florida day.
