E.B.I Sushi is now open in St. Petersburg — you can visit the home of exquisite sushi at 7900 4th Street North. The concept has just moved into the space formerly occupied by Hook’s Sushi (don’t fret, you can visit Hook’s at 1210 9th Street North).

A note from E.B.I Sushi:

“With its origins in a traditional home kitchen full of rich flavors, the dream of opening up a restaurant turned into reality with Saint Petersburg’s E.B.I Sushi and more. With an impeccable eye for presentation and a taste for fresh and bold flavors; each dish is carefully prepared to dazzle your five senses. Come visit, and experience our EBI family.”

The restaurant is now open for delivery and curbside pickup. You can view the full menu on E.B.I.’s website.

Featured menu items include Chicken Karaage (Japanese crispy fried chicken), Vietnamese shrimp chips, and massive teriyaki plates. You also have your pick of new sushi rolls. Featured varieties include:

Spidey Man Roll: soft shell crab roll with Japanese vegetables, cucumber, avocado, lettuce, crab meat and tempura sauce.

Orange Roll: spicy salmon roll covered with salmon, orange sauce and orange zest.

Dragon Roll: shrimp tempura roll covered with eel, avocado and eel sauce topped with a sweet fried.

Veg-X Roll: cucumber, pickled carrot, avocado, asparagus tempura, takuan (pickled yellow radish), kampyo with jalapeño sauce.
