St. Petersburg’s culinary scene is about to get even more exciting with the grand opening of Cybel Restaurant on November 1st which they just announced on Instagram. Located at 2735 5th Avenue North—formerly Sammy + Paco’s Café—Cybel will introduce its signature blend of French-Moroccan cuisine to the neighborhood. Dinner service will be available from 5 PM to 11 PM with the restaurant currently accepting reservations. To make the experience even more inviting, diners can temporarily enjoy a BYOB option.

A fresh chapter for Cybel

After eight successful months as a ghost kitchen at Foodie Labs, Cybel is making the leap to its own dedicated space in St. Petersburg. During their time at Foodie Labs, the restaurant built a strong following, quickly earning recognition as a favorite Mediterranean dining spot in the area. With this new location, Cybel aims to enhance the dining experience even further, bringing together refined culinary techniques with warm hospitality.

What to expect

Cybel’s French-Moroccan fusion is the result of years of expertise in the restaurant and catering industry, crafted by Chef Touf Abdelmoula and his family. Drawing from their passion for bold, unique flavors, they blend the culinary traditions of France and Morocco to offer an unforgettable dining experience that reflects both innovation and heritage.

The menu emphasizes bold spices, succulent meats, and comfort foods that create a sensory dining experience. Every dish reflects the Chef Touf’s creativity and knowledge that have become hallmarks of Cybel’s approach to cooking.

A new culinary destination on 5th Avenue

With its blend of flavorful dishes and an inviting atmosphere, Cybel Restaurant promises to be a standout addition to the 5th Avenue North corridor. Whether you’re a long-time fan from their Foodie Labs days or experiencing Cybel for the first time, the restaurant offers a dining experience designed to impress.
