One of St. Pete’s longest standing restaurants, Ceviche Tapas & Bar, just announced its move to take over The Moon Under Water’s location on Beach Drive.
According to a post on Facebook, the current location of Ceviche will be closing to the public on January 9, 2021.

“The new Ceviche will debut an entirely remodeled interior and exterior design, the patio will take advantage of the wonderful location with beautiful views of Straub Park and the bay.”
In addition to physical changes to its facade, they are building a new wine room with a menu that will offer a more extensive wine list focusing on Spanish wines.
The Moon Under Water, a sister restaurant of Ceviche, will also be moving to a new location to be announced soon.
The restaurant has been a go to for Spanish tapas that included some of our favorites like their wildly popular patatas bravas, gambas and paellas. Of course, a meal without a pitcher of their traditional sangrias would be incomplete. Personally, we love their Sangria Primera which is made extra special with brandy and orange liqueur!
Another St. Pete tradition which we hope to continue when they move is their Tuesday Tapas! Definitely the best time to try most of the items on their tapas menu and get the best deal.
Ceviche’s renovation is scheduled to be completed in March of 2021. It will be located on 332 Beach Drive in downtown St. Pete. Stay tuned for their exact opening date. Make sure to subscribe to our daily email.
