No official menu has been revealed yet, but the owners continue to tease progress on the location on Facebook. Everything from a raised roof to tote bags, t-shirts and “evil eye” tokens have made appearances in posts.

The bakery/restaurant is in good company. It’s just a stone’s throw from Casita Taqueria and Bandit Coffee Company. It’s set to accommodate well over 100 diners, and will offer ample outdoor seating in serene courtyard.

Curious what the “evil eye” is all about? The symbol is common in Greece with the purpose of warding off bad juju. It’s good vibes only at Baba. Diners will also get to watch as some of the fresh breads and baked goods are prepared in the kitchen. The show is the appetizer, y’all.
