The Rowe Bar quietly opened several weeks ago at the historic Loews Don CeSar on St. Pete Beach. The craft cocktail concept at the Pink Palace features a fabulous view of the fourth best beach in America, along with a rhapsodic environment that stimulates conversation and allows for a more intimate Gulf Coast experience.

The new space's relaxed atmosphere perfectly juxtaposes the hotel's iconic exterior. The wood floors and cozy outdoor seats make you feel as though you're in a cottage…a cottage with an exceptionally well stocked bar and a world-class chef in the kitchen. Previously, we highlighted the craft cocktails that make The Rowe Bar the next big thing in the entire Tampa Bay area. Their mint juleps (we cannot recommend the bourbon blend enough), communal punch bowls, and Lemon, Orange and Lime ades, which feature an array of locally sourced syrups (the raspberry is perfection), make it a proverbial juggneraut among drink enthusiasts.
However, their menu offers a few spectacular selections for curious foodies, too.
The mahi mahi reuben is crsipy, light, fresh and a coastal favorite. Paired with a lime-ade infused with spiced ginger and you will soon be experiencing an incomparable summer day.
The crab cake sliders are made to be shared, but we won't blame you if you keep them to yourself. These hand-sized delights pack a slight spice to liven up your visit.
