Massive 4th of July celebration planned for St. Pete Pier

Get ready to light up the night. The 3rd annual “The Fourth” Independence Day celebration is coming to the St. Pete Pier on the 4th of July, bringing a sprawling waterfront celebration to the city, highlighted by the annual fireworks show.

What to expect

  • The Fourth is filled with fun activities for all ages, including the 3rd annual St. Pete Pier Run, a craft beer garden, Uncle Sam’s Market with local vendors, the Family Fun Zone, food trucks and other food vendors, live music on the Visit St. Pete Clearwater Main Stage, and roaming entertainers up and down the pier.

How to attend

  • The Fourth is free and open to all ages, running from 4-10 pm at Spa Beach Park on the St. Pete Pier on Tuesday, July 4th. The City of St. Pete fireworks show, visible throughout downtown, will take place at 9 pm.
  • Reserved spots are available for $25 in advance, which include access to a fenced off area located on Spa Beach Park with: unobstructed views of the fireworks show; guaranteed ample space for your own chairs or blanket; access to Reserved Area Only Bar to purchase beer, cocktails, and seltzers; and access to portable restrooms within Reserved Area.

  • The food truck lineup includes tons of local favorites, such as La Strada, Main Street Empanadas, Astro Craft Ice Cream, Street Surfer, Looshkos, and more. Activities are being presented in part by Budweiser and Los Sundays Tequila Seltzer, both available in the beer garden.
  • The full lineup of live musical performances includes Cassie Jean & The Fireflies, Phoenix 5, DJ Keytone, and DJ Rich.
