The biggest gathering of Florida memorabilia collectors is coming to town this weekend when Floridania Fest 2023 takes over the Gulfport Casino. The one-day festival takes place on Saturday, April 15, with doors opening at 9:30 am and last admission at 3:30 pm.
The annual event offers a wild selection of vintage Florida goods, ranging from postcards and coasters to old signs and advertisements. There are tons of old Florida souvenirs, beautiful vintage artwork, and all kinds of knick-knacks. Stickers and decals abound.

Admission to Floridania Fest is $5, and children 14 and under get in free. The vintage show is organized by Ken Breslauer of Florida Roadside Attractions History, an author, collector and historian with a passion for old school Florida and historic preservation.
In fact, Breslauer received an award for preservation education from St. Petersburg Preservation for his book Historic Sites and Architecture of St. Petersburg Florida.
Floridania Fest showcases all things old school Florida, but there is a particular passion among collectors for so many of Florida’s celebrated roadside attractions over the years. Dozens of oddities are typically represented, from tourist traps like Dogland and the Circus Hall of Fame to “Weapons of the World,” a Winter Haven attraction that allowed visitors to not only see but actually use weapons from across the globe.
The Gulfport Casino is located at 5500 Shore Blvd S in Gulfport. Learn more about Floridania Fest here.
