The Nolen, a 23-story condominium tower on Beach Drive in the heart of Downtown St. Petersburg, will soon be home to the first U.S. retail location of Savage Coffees. The family-owned coffee producer and roastery, based in Panama, has finalized a deal to open its inaugural café in the building’s ground-level retail space. The café is set to open next year.
Founded in 2016 by Jamison and Leslie Savage, Savage Coffees has earned global recognition for its prized Geisha coffee, cultivated on their World Championship-winning farm, Finca Deborah. Jamison, a pioneer in coffee innovation, was the first to introduce Carbonic Maceration in coffee processing, revolutionizing production methods and elevating coffee quality worldwide.
