Clearwater’s magical Winter Wonderland announces a December return

A festive outdoor "Winter Wonderland" event at night, filled with holiday lights, decorated Christmas trees, wreaths, and a large crowd enjoying the holiday atmosphere.

Clearwater’s beloved Winter Wonderland is set to return this December, bringing holiday cheer to 201 N Fort Harrison Ave. Hosted by the Clearwater Community Volunteers, Winter Wonderland has been a cherished holiday tradition since 1993. The event doubles as a charity drive to support Pinellas County children, with visitors encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item or unwrapped toy to donate to local charities like the Pinellas Sheriff’s Police Athletic League of Lealman.

Winter Wonderland opens with a grand celebration on Sunday, December 1, and runs select nights through December 23. Hours are from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.

Entry is free, though there is a small charge for certain rides and food.

This year’s official dates are December 1-3, 6-10, and 13-23. With thousands of twinkling lights, real pine trees, and festive activities, Clearwater’s Winter Wonderland is ready to delight visitors from near and far this holiday season.
