The Saint rebrands as The Ball: a dazzling new bar and lounge opening this November

The hospitality group behind The Saint, Pour Behavior, has announced an exciting rebrand for the beloved speakeasy: it will soon be known as “The Ball.” This fall, ZaZoo’d, the award-winning design team that originally crafted the aesthetic of The Saint, returns with a new, vibrant theme inspired by the iconic disco ball. It’s set to debut on November 9.

Pour Behavior states, “The disco ball is one of the most iconic queer motifs, particularly within LGBTQ+ nightlife. It acts as an enhancing invitation to meet others, dance freely, and be yourself…The design is pop-art inspired, not shying away from bold colors and vibrant accents, but perhaps the most notable feature will be the custom-designed disco ball DJ booth as the bar’s centerpiece.”

To match its dazzling new look, The Ball will feature a curated cocktail menu and a selection of small, shareable bites, all served under a ceiling filled with sparkling disco balls. And where there are disco balls, you can expect some of Tampa Bay’s best live DJs to bring the Saturday Night Fever vibes to life.

Club Saint will take St. Pete’s last confessions

Before the rebrand, The Saint will host its final service on October 20, then temporarily become “Club Saint”, a dance club experience where patrons, saints, and sinners alike can take their final confession.

From October 22 – November 2, Club Saint will keep its doors ajar, dropping reservation and dress code requirements, ensuring everyone can enjoy complete access for the final weeks. Shockingly, after the Club Saint closes, the doors will reopen only a week later on November 9, revealing the much-anticipated rebrand: The Ball. As Pour Behavior says, “The Saint may be gone, but the sins must continue.”
