A new comedy tour is set to light St. Pete up with laughter and antics. The Tickled Pink Comedy Tour has its first-ever St. Pete show this Saturday, March 2 at 8 pm as it welcomes John Heffron, Maryellen Hooper and Rahn Hortman to St. Petersburg for one night only at The Palladium. Tickets are available here while supplies last.
Hooper and Heffron are two of the comedy scene’s most renowned performers, with Hooper being recognized as the Female Comedian of the Year by the American Comedy Awards, and Heffron taking home the title on Last Comic Standing and having earned a devoted following for his multiple Comedy Central and Netflix specials.
With complementing comedic styles, the two create a dynamic duo, ensuring an unforgettable night of laughter. The must-attend event is being hosted by the Tickled Pink Comedy Tour, a new company based out of St. Pete promising “Clean Comedy” and “Classic Entertainment” at always hilarious shows.
To make the night even more entertaining, the show is being hosted by Hortman, a headliner in his own right, who is fresh off opening for Patti LaBelle. Hortman has become a star on the circuit for his “clean, but not soft” comedy.
As the headliner for the evening, Heffron brings his celebrated act to St. Pete for the very first time. Having been dubbed “a master of observational comedy,” he skillfully highlights the absurdities of modern life. His clever insights and playful delivery captivate the audience, creating an atmosphere filled with laughter and amusement.
Heffron is an immediately-recognizable star on the circuit, having been a regular on late night talk shows, and he remains one of a small handful of veteran performers to tape two separate Comedy Central specials.
Meanwhile, the Female Comedian of the Year brings an unforgettable show to St. Pete, as well. She is known for her witty observations and relatable storytelling, bringing her unique perspective on everyday life experiences to the stage. Her standup material is dynamic with its ever-evolving narrative that delves into her experiences as a woman, wife, and mother. Hooper has made appearances on a range of television and talk shows, including The Tonight Show, Comedy Central and Girls Night Out, to name a few.
Heffron, Hooper and Hortman will take the stage on Saturday, March 2 at The Palladium, beginning at 8 pm. Tickets are available here, with the night of clean and entertaining comedy put on by Tickled Pink Entertainment.
